(50 grams) wild garlic leaves

Instructions
Grate the cucumber coarsely and toss with salt. Drain through a fine mesh sieve. Leave it for 10 minutes.
Rinse and pat dry the wild garlic leaves and chop finely.
Squeeze out as much liquid from the grated cucumber as possible.
Combine Greek yogurt, drained grated cucumber, chopped wild garlic, and olive oil in a large bowl.
Serve with bread, vegetable sticks, or use it as a spread in a sandwich.
