Wild Garlic Sea Salt

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (2 dl) sea salt
  • 1.5 ounces (45 grams) wild garlic leaves

Instructions

  • Rinse the wild garlic leaves and pat them dry using kitchen paper or a kitchen towel.
  • Place the wild garlic leaves and sea salt in a blender and process until combined.
  • Spread out the wild garlic and sea salt mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Let the wild garlic sea salt dehydrate in the oven for about 3 hours at 120 degrees Fahrenheit (50 degrees Celcius). Check the salt once an hour and mix to make the salt dehydrate completely.
  • Place the wild garlic sea salt in an airtight container.
