Ingredients
  

  • 1.8 ounces (50 grams) wild garlic leaves, rinsed
  • 1.2 ounces (30 grams) pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 ounce (25 grams) parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and process until desired consistency. Enjoy the wild garlic pesto in a sandwich, in pasta, or how else you would use any other pesto.
